Cancellation Policy

At TriPoint Cleaning LLC, we understand that schedules can change. This policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our cleaning team.
1. Standard Notice Requirement
We ask that all cancellations or schedule changes be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. This allows us to adjust our schedule and ensure fair compensation for our staff.
2. Short Notice Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a 50 dollar cancellation fee.
3. Missed Appointments and Access Issues
If our team arrives at your home or business and is unable to gain access due to locked doors, alarm systems, pet restrictions, or unsafe conditions, a 50 dollar fee may apply.
4. Recurring Service Accounts
Clients with recurring service who frequently cancel without proper notice may lose their reserved time slots or be required to prepay for future appointments.
5. Weather and Emergency Situations
In the event of severe weather or unexpected emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule your service at the next available date without penalty.
6. Rescheduling Appointments
Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty when notice is provided more than 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time.
