Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By requesting a quote, booking a service, submitting a form, or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services or website.

2. Services Offered

TriPoint Cleaning LLC provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services within our listed service areas. All service details, pricing, and scope of work are confirmed prior to each appointment.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, information provided is incomplete, or circumstances are beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to hazardous environments, pest infestations, or restricted property access.

3. Scheduling and Property Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. If our team is unable to enter due to locked doors, alarm systems, or other access issues, a lockout fee may apply.

Arrival times are estimated and may vary slightly due to traffic, weather, or operational factors.

4. Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash, credit or debit cards, checks, and approved electronic payment methods.

Failed or late payments may result in service delays or additional fees. Recurring services are billed automatically according to the agreed schedule. Any pricing adjustments will be communicated ahead of time.

5. Satisfaction Commitment

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will arrange a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional cost.

Refunds are issued at our discretion after reasonable efforts have been made to resolve the concern.

6. Liability and Property Care

TriPoint Cleaning LLC is fully insured and takes reasonable care while servicing your property. However, we are not responsible for pre existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that are fragile, unsecured, or improperly installed.

We are not responsible for personal items left on floors or surfaces. Heavy lifting, biohazard cleanup, and mold remediation are not included unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or schedule changes. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a 50 dollar fee.

If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, the same fee may apply.

8. Privacy and Communication

Client information is collected solely for scheduling, communication, and service delivery purposes. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

By contacting us, you consent to receive service related messages including appointment reminders, updates, and occasional promotions by email or text. You may opt out at any time.

9. Updates to These Terms

TriPoint Cleaning LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service as needed. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
